Description

One hundred seven diverse accessions from the U.S. peanut mini core collection were evaluated in the field (Citra, Florida, 2013-2015) and harvested seeds assayed for biochemical composition. This study reports the oil and protein related biochemical trait evaluation data. Please refer to the associated publication for more details on this study.
The accompanying dataset titled "Peanut minicore phenotypic/agronomic traits" is the other part of the study.
(Please note that the same accessions have also been genotyped using a 58 K Affymetrix SNP array together with six commercial standards. Analysis of the genotype data should be found in the associated publication and not presented here at ArachisPheno)
